Barbara Tutor, Nominee for 51^st Delegate
District, Morgan & Hampshire Counties

Barbara Tutor is well known in Morgan County for her dedication to community organizing. She has worked diligently with other local citizens to convey community goals and concerns to elected officials and government representatives.

Tutor has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Loyola College in Baltimore and 30 years experience as a computer systems executive at IBM, Baltimore County, Library of Congress, State of Maryland, and the U.S. Silica Company.

She and her family made Berkeley Springs their home in 1981, and cherish the scenic beauty and peaceful neighborly lifestyle.
